Housings rates for Fall 2025 – Spring 2026 were approved and updated on the University Housing website on April 17, 2024.

Our Residential Learning Communities (RLCs) connect your passions and goals with where you live. Choose from eight themed houses centered around common interests, identities or majors.

¾«¶«ing for Housing

Housing is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with first-year and transfer students with fewer than 30 credit hours required to live on campus for the full academic year. Priority deadlines are March 1 for Statesboro students and April 1 for Armstrong.

Resources

You may be living on your own, but you’re far from alone. However you plan to take flight, you’ll find a variety of resources to guide and support your progress, from tutors and wellness programs to round-the-clock security.
